Ingredients
- Organic Chickpeas: We’ll be cooking up chickpeas with some BBQ sauce to take this salad to the next level. Plus, chickpeas are loaded with protein and are a great source of fiber.
- Organic BBQ Sauce: Duh?! You can use any BBQ sauce that you like. I personally love Good Food For Good Organic Classic BBQ Sauce, which is made with organic and clean ingredients. You can purchase it at any health foods store or Amazon.
- Organic Greens: Just a handful of leafy greens to get your greens in. Spinach, arugula, kale, or any greens that you have on hand will pair deliciously!
- Organic Avocado Oil: This is my favorite oil to use while cooking, because it can withstand high cooking temperatures.
- Organic Toppings: Diced avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes, mild red onion, shredded carrots, and a handful of fresh cilantro, pair nicely with this salad.
- Organic Cashew Ranch Dressing: A cooling + tangy vegan cashew ranch dressing gets drizzled on top of this salad!
