This Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo recipe is a nutritious take on the original, but still embodies that rich and creamy consistency. Featuring a healthy cauliflower Alfredo sauce that can be paired with pasta, over veggies, or whatever you desire. It’s an easy to make, vegan Alfredo sauce that will blow you away.

Growing up, my favorite pasta dish to order at any Italian restaurant was fettuccine Alfredo. I have definitely outgrown that and knowing what I know now, I don’t think I’ll be ordering that anytime soon, at least from an Italian chain. Plus, regular Alfredo sauce is loaded with lots of cream, butter, and cheese, which doesn’t do our bellies any good.
So I thought there had to be a healthier, yet still delicious alternative. While I have seen and tasted several vegan Alfredo recipes, none compare to this Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo. Majority of the vegan versions rely heavily on cashews to transpire that creamy consistency. However, my luscious cauliflower Alfredo recipe checks all the boxes. It’s super rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor.
Now, I’m not a calorie counter, I’m an ingredient quality counter. That being said, this cauliflower Alfredo is free from any unhealthy fats and useless calories. Thanks to the steamed cauliflower being blended with a few other ingredients, you can receive all the delicious benefits, while being easy to make!
It’s such a decadent recipe that I know you and your whole family will love! Also, feel free to enjoy it with a variety of dishes, not just pasta.
