- Peanut Sauce. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until well combined. Add the spring water a tablespoon at a time until a semi-thick, pourable sauce is achieved. Set aside.

- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
- Spring water, to thin
