Ingredients
- Organic Portobello Mushrooms: The star of this vegan steak recipe. You’ll want to be sure to wipe them clean before marinating them.
- Organic Marinade: We’ll be using avocado oil, garlic cloves, ground cumin, dried oregano, chili flakes, balsamic vinegar, steak sauce, sea salt, and black pepper, for the most epic mushroom marinade.
- Organic Green Beans: Fresh or frozen both work! If you don’t have or don’t care for them, I recommend asparagus, broccoli, or brussel sprouts!
- Organic Japanese Sweet Potato: You can technically use any type of potato you love! I personally leave the skin on, because it adds extra fiber! Just be sure to scrub them well before chopping.
How To Make
- Sweet Potatoes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On one side of the baking sheet, combine the chopped sweet potatoes with the oil & seasonings. Bake for 10 minutes.
