- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

- 1 (14.5) can black beans
- 1 (14.5) can black eyed peas
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 large avocado, diced
SERVING
- Siete tortilla chips, optional
