In it, you’ll learn about 10 healthy condiments that will take any dish from bland to tasty! Also, you’ll be equipped with several plant-based recipes utilizing these delicious additions!

I know that I talk about eating whole foods a lot on the blog & yes, eating whole foods is essential.
However, every now and then I do like to include a healthy condiment to my whole food dish.
The problem with most store-bought condiments today is that they’re loaded with GMO ingredients, natural flavors, artificial flavors + preservatives, high in added sugar & sodium, etc.
That’s why in this Condiments to Liven Up Your Cooking post, I’ve put together a list of my favorite clean + healthy additions that your body and your taste buds will love!
It should go without saying, that just because these condiments are healthier, doesn’t mean that they should be enjoyed in high quantities. Basically treat it as a condiment (use it in small amounts), read the serving size, & don’t over do it.
Okay…without further ado, here they are!
10 Condiments to Liven Up Your Cooking
